The Bangladesh Army approached us to design and develop a secure, centralized Work Assessment Management System. The primary objective was to replace cumbersome manual evaluation and reporting workflows with an automated, role-based digital platform. The system needed to provide transparent performance tracking, objective appraisal analytics, and strict data confidentiality while remaining intuitive for personnel across diverse command levels.

Rigorous usability and security testing were conducted to guarantee seamless operation across localized networks and high-security defense environments.
